My work is now at Chappell
Gallery, New York, Manhattan
My work is now to find at Chappell
Gallery in New York, which is situated in the Chelsea area of Manhattan known for
its galleries. The arrangement was made during a visit to New York in the
middle of September. Irene Krarup, the cultural attaché at the Consulate
General of Denmark in New York took an active part in making this contact.
Chappell Gallery is owned by Alice Chappell.
Several of the worlds most competent glass artists are represented at the
gallery. I can give the gallery my outmost recommendation and if you happen to
visit New York, do visit the Chappell Gallery which will give you a glass
experience out of the ordinary.
I got this unique opportunity and of course I
am filled with enthusiasm because my work reaches an audience at this level.
In the next few months I will create large
unique pieces and will continuously develop my artistic expressions. I expect
to go back to the United States in 2007 to work with the recently established
contacts. At the same time, I will work on a publication that focuses on my
work, on me as an individual and on my life.
